NAJAU

“A place where the holidays never end”...

CONCEPT
Holidays have never been as fun and cozy as in your home next to the
seaside, in a safe and relaxed environment, with everything your family needs to spend
the best moments of rest together.
A space designed with the whole family in mind, where children and
The condominium offers a wide range of amenities, including a beach club.
Kids will have fun in the pools and play areas while you have an amazing time
Late afternoon by the sea enjoying a beautiful sunset in a space
fully equipped and comfortable.

WHERE DOES THE NAME COME FROM?
Najau is a name derived from an ancient Philippine tribe called the “Bajau -
"Sea nomads" are a group of nomadic navigators who have developed a diving ability that scientists categorize as a human super-evolution.
The Bajau live from and for the sea; in their early years they learn to swim, even long before they learn to walk. The Bajau are able to stay submerged for about 13 minutes at depths of nearly 60 meters to hunt for food.
Now if we tropicalize the word and combine it with the Mayan language we find that NAJ- houses, NA ́ - mother, JA ́ - water.

LOGO
For this logo we used a more formal typeface but with an aged, rustic-relaxed touch.
We kept the idea of the seagulls and added a detail to the "J" which is a harpoon referring to the Bajau tribe, when they dive into the sea to hunt their food.
Seagulls represent family, unity, togetherness, home, and the seaside.

GRAPHIC SUPPORT
The graphic support “Beach Home” is made with a hand-drawn typeface, as if your mom were writing you a note, saying that this is your beach home, with the seagulls flying signifying: family+union+togetherness+home.
We complemented it with a snail simulating your home.
In this proposal, we went for a more rustic and handmade style. As if you were carving the name and the seagull into the wood.
The seagull would be the logo of the complex, as if it were the animal
It's representative of Najau, since these birds are always found living on the seashore. We would use it as a seal.
The second graphic support with palm trees projects the route you take through the
complex, among palm trees.
This graphic support is a stamp with the consonants of Najau and with a perspective towards the sea.

COLORS
The proposed colors are based on the colors of the Emerald Coast.
